Why is my shipping cost higher than expected?

• Parcel size and weight
  Shipping charges are calculated based on the total size and weight of your order. Larger or heavier orders may require additional courier charges. Reduce item quantity will generally bring down your shipping cost
• Fresh bakery orders
  To ensure maximum freshness, fresh bakery products (only available to North Island urban address users) are often dispatched separately from dry goods. If your order contains both product types, the shipping charge may include the cost of two separate courier deliveries.
• Bulk orders
  For larger orders, our personal shoppers may need to source products from multiple supermarkets, as many stores have purchase limits or insufficient stock to fulfil bulk quantities in a single visit. This can result in additional handling, travel and courier costs. If you're planning a bulk order, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order. We'll be happy to provide an estimated shipping cost, confirm stock availability, and help find the most cost-effective delivery option to meet your budget.
