DELIVERY OF YOUR GROCERIES
1.1 Readily accessible
You must ensure that the delivery address you provide is safely and readily accessible. Please provide any specific delivery instructions in the “Order Note or Instruction” section at the time of placing your order e.g. “Please leave groceries by the back door and close the garden gate”. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion, including where we or any delivery agent we engage consider it unsafe to enter or where there are hazards at the delivery address.
1.2 If you are not there when we deliver
There must be someone at the address to receive the order when it is delivered, unless you specifically authorise us to leave your order at the address in the comments section at the time of placing your order. Otherwise, if there is no one to receive the order at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to our collection point. When your Groceries are returned to our pickup point, our collection point staff will contact you to arrange the collection. An additional fee will incur when for picking up your order from a collection point that run by 3rd party merchant where you can pay directly over their counter. Delivery fee are not refundable after a failed attempt.
Where Groceries are left at the delivery address they are left entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility after they have been delivered including where items are lost, stolen, damaged or perish as a result of being left unattended.
1.3 Deliver to collection point for pick up
You can order online and collect your groceries from your nominated collection point. Due to limited storage and power consumption for storage your groceries, your initially pick-up are only covered the delivery fee to the collection point plus 3 days storage period, then an $1 per day storage fee will be added to your total bill that must be paid over the counter at the collection point if you collect your order after the 3 days cover period.
