Refund policy
By using Go Potatoes, you agree the below return and refund terms:
- We do not accept any returns unless required by law.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure you send us photos for the issues (including the affected products with their inner packaging and outer packaging). We can't accept any damaged or missing claims once your delivery is signed for or left at the agreed "drop-off" area.
Subscriptions - When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely at Shopify and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
- If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
